DaVinci Resolve Resources

I thought I would put together a list of resources you can use to improve your editing within Resolve, many of these being ones I’ve personally been using over the past 7+ years.

Websites

Blackmagic - Blackmagic’s own training portal is an incredible place to learn how to use Resolve and particular features.

Skillshare - Skillshare has plenty of really great classes around different elements of Resolve and this one is one of the best for everyone to learn Resolve 18

MotionVFX - they have plenty of Resolve plugins and presents to help make your editing workflow as smooth as possible

MrAlexTech  - Great tutorials, tips & tricks videos, and makes some awesome tools/presets that make things so much easier  

PatrickStirling  - Makes some amazing plugins/presets, lots of great tutorials, guides on how to better use certain features  

CaseyFaris  - One of my go-to people when needing to learn things in fusion, has some incredible masterclasses and guides on using Resolve (including a lot of colour grading!), highly recommended for structured content that feels more like a class than a tutorial  

SimonStansfield  - Makes some great videos on how to do certain effects within Resolve, lots of knowledge on Fusion and ways it can be used to get desired effects, very active in the community as well  

JasonYadlovski  - lots of long guides on how to use Resolve as well as a ton of shorter tutorials on how to do particular tasks or effects  

BillyRybka  - guides on how to do various things within Resolve, lots of videos on how to do certain tasks or processes more efficiently, showcases a lot of plugins or third party tools
